Why Can’t I Lose Weight?

Man, this is so frustrating!  I have been there a few times in the past few years.  I would try to follow certain diets that I had success with prior to that and nothing would happen.  Of course I knew I was older, but that shouldn’t make any difference.

After a couple of weeks starving and eating things that I really wan’t thrilled about, I finally just gave up when I hadn’t lost any weight nor was there a change in the way my pants/clothes were fitting.  What is it about your body where you can’t lose weight?
